StepsÂ
1. Eat oil in a frying panÂ
2. Add in two chopped onions, 1 chopped chilli, and 2 garlic clovesÂ
3. Add in 200g cooked sliced sausagesÂ
4. Cook 350 grams of pasta according to the instructionÂ
5. Add the sausages and onion mix to the cooked pastaÂ
6. Mix in 200g of ricotta and 2 ripe tomatoes finely choppedÂ
7. Add mixture to an oven-proof dishÂ
8. Sprinkle over parmesan shavingsÂ
9. Cook for 12 minutesÂ
10. Serve with garlic bread
