I hope you have all had an amazing Christmas. Today I am sharing my Immunity Tea recipe with you all.
My immunity tea is also known as a Detox Tea so its perfect for this time of year when you have been over indulging in the festivities. I started on the immunity tea back in November 2016 when I was feeling low in myself and my skin was looking dull. I am very prone to cold and coughs and needed a boost so I went to see a nutritionist who put me on this great simple recipe.
This tea really is amazing especially through the winter months. It works when your poorly or when you start to feel the signs of a cold coming on. It’s also great for your skin and general well-being.
This tea boosts your immunity due to the lemon and the ginger which help to promote the circulation of your blood, lymph and help remove stagnation. Basically it helps flush toxins.
I am not doctor or expert so I won’t go into any more detail but this really has helped me and I am so pleased I was offered the recipe. I tend to drink 4 mugs a day in the winter and maybe 1 to 2 over the summer months. I love the taste but it may take some getting use too. If you don’t like it please do try to stick to it and think of the benefits.
What you need to make
1 whole organic Lemon
One inch of ginger
Splash of water
Peel the lemon break in half and add into a blender.
Peel the ginger and cut into a few pieces and add into the blender
Add a splash of water then blend. I use the Ninja Kitchen which I love its also great for soups too.

I keep the jug with the mixture in the fridge with some clingfilm. I generally make up two batches a week.
